Is Receipt Scanner free?
You can download and use it for free, with ads. An optional Pro upgrade (monthly, quarterly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase) is available through Google Play.
Are my receipts uploaded anywhere?
No. Receipts and expense data stay on your device. There is no account and no cloud storage.
Do I need an account?
No. Install it and start scanning.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Scanning, tracking and exporting all work offline. The internet is only used for ads, purchases and diagnostics.
What statuses can an expense have?
Draft, Awaiting approval, Approved and Missing receipt.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Receipt Scanner and tap Cancel. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
